Customer Service Technician

Razor is hiring a 100% Remote Junior / Entry-Level Customer Service Technician to support users with technical issues and system-related questions. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their careers in technical support who are patient, clear communicators, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. No prior technical support experience is required, as training will be provided. This position serves as the front line between users and technical teams, helping resolve issues, guide users through fixes, and elevate problems when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between users and technical teams.
• Help identify recurring issues and flag patterns to the team.
• Learn how systems work to troubleshoot more effectively over time.
