About the Role
Global Settlement & Reconciliation Support (GSRS) is a global function within Settlement Operations, operating across Mexico, Poland, India, and the United States, and supporting customers worldwide.
As part of GSRS, you will provide day-to-day operational support for settlement-related activities, acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders across regions and time zones.
GSRS team focuses on investigating and resolving settlement issues with direct financial and client impact — including payment delays, reconciliation breaks, and settlement discrepancies across global markets.
You will work closely with Treasury, Customer Technical Services (CTS), Account Management, Implementation teams, and clients globally to ensure timely resolution of inquiries, protect customer liquidity, and maintain settlement accuracy.
In addition, you will contribute to process improvements, knowledge development, and operational efficiency initiatives, within a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
