With over 250 retreats annually and a focus on meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, and personal transformation, we serve thousands of guests each year in a purpose-driven, serene, and spiritually rooted environment.

Role Summary:


The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, and benefits coordination. This person will be a people-focused leader, ensuring that property remains a values-aligned, engaged, and legally compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff


- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor laws


- Oversee payroll processing in partnership with Paychex


- Update and enforce employee handbook and HR policies


- Handle employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution with empathy and clarity


- Manage benefits administration and coordinate with insurance brokers


- Develop and support training programs for supervisors and staff


- Monitor staff morale and lead retention initiatives

Qualifications:


- 5+ years of HR management experience (hospitality, retreat, or nonprofit settings preferred)


- Knowledge of employment law, payroll, and HR best practices


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


- Ability to work with diverse teams in a values-driven, spiritual environment


- Experience with Paychex or similar systems preferred


- PHR or SHRM certification a plus

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience. Includes health benefits, retreat participation privileges, and more.
