Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license & insurable driving record EPA certification within 90 days of hire Mechanical aptitude Ability to follow written and verbal directions Basic tool & jobsite safety awareness Ability to safely use ladders Ability to measure, cut, drill, and perform basic physical tasks Able to carry 100 lbs with assistance Reliable, on‑time attendance Commitment to building customer service skills Willingness to invest in basic HVAC tools Preferred Qualifications Strong verbal and interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette Energetic and organized Ability to work independently Ready to Grow Your Career?
