Pick & Pack Associate – Fulfillment

BR Printers is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associates to join our Colorado Fulfillment team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building experience in a warehouse and fulfillment environment. Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, willing to learn, and committed to accuracy and quality. In this role, you will help pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while learning to use RF scanning equipment, shipping systems, and established fulfillment processes.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately according to order information and established procedures.
• Use RF scanning equipment to locate, scan, and verify products.
• Pack products securely according to customer, company, and shipping requirements.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition before orders are shipped.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment, including labeling and required documentation.
• Assist with processing outgoing shipments through approved shipping systems and carriers.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas.
• Assist with inventory organization, replenishment, and product movement as needed.
• Follow established procedures to maintain accurate order and inventory information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all BR Printers safety procedures, warehouse practices, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving, and other team members to meet daily customer and production needs.
• Assist with additional fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Who You Are

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, pick/pack, shipping, or distribution experience is preferred but not required .
• Willingness and ability to learn RF scanning equipment and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart

• Previous picker/packer or fulfillment experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld scanning equipment.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS .
• Experience using warehouse, inventory, or shipping software.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience working in a high-volume fulfillment environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 40–50 pounds , as required.
• Ability to safely move products and packages throughout the fulfillment facility.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse and fulfillment environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $19.29 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience.Schedule: Full-Time | Schedule based on operational needs | Overtime or additional hours may be required during peak fulfillment periods.
