Project Manager

Varmoda is hiring a motivated Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of integration automation activities for the Enhancements initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex application or identity management integration projects, with strong competency in project scheduling, risk management, and Azure-based identity platforms such as Azure AD B2C/B2B and IAM services. This role will collaborate with teams, application teams, and technical leads to facilitate integration touchpoints, oversee testing cycles, and ensure automation solutions align with security, logging, and operational standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate integration automation activities across teams and application teams.
• Ensure automation aligns with technical requirements, logging standards, and identity/security policies.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate recurring integration touchpoints, workshops, and decision meetings.
• Document and communicate risks, issues, and recommended mitigations.
• Oversee testing cycles for integration features, including automation scripts, logging workflows, and onboarding pipelines.
• Coordinate user validation processes with application teams and technical leads.
• Identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to standards, security requirements, retention policies, and operational guidelines.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience managing complex application or identity management integration projects.
• Experience with Azure-based identity platforms (Azure AD B2C, B2B, IAM services).
• Experience managing cross-functional technology projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong competency in project scheduling, risk management, communication planning, and RFP/RFQ processes.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Equivalent combination of relevant professional experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
• SC-300 (Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
