Meal Discounts Responsibilities Managers must not only be able to serve our guests, but must also serve their team, by living out the company mission and core values. Along with great Guest Service, your responsibilities will also include restaurant operations, team member, store profitability, problem solving and merchandising. Physical Requirements Standing up to 10 hours during a shift and being able to lift up to 60 pounds Bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position. Must maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Basic language and mathematical skills. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to work 50 hours per week. Willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as required by the needs of the business. Must be able to reliably report to work on time, as scheduled.
