We offer competitive wages with opportunities to be as successful as you choose to be!As a member of our Management Team, you will be responsible for all Pawnbroker tasks including writing pawn loans, processing buys, sales to retail customers and providing great customer service. Additionally, the Management Team is also responsible for supervising employees, assigning employees to specific tasks, taking inventories, training, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records and/or preparing daily paperwork. The Management Team ensures compliance of employees.General duties and responsibilities:Greet and interact with all customersPerform open/close proceduresKeep sales floor clean, and maintain display of merchandisePerform sales and loan transactionsOversee all activities and responsibilities performed by Pawnbrokers on assigned shiftsConsistently exhibit accountability and leadership skillsAbility to be flexible and learn quicklyAbility to plan and meet deadlinesAbility to operate both independently and in a directed team effortMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 18 years of ageCash handling experience1 year customer service experience required1 year retail sales experience required1 year management preferredComputer literateOutgoing and energetic personalityAbility to multi-taskMust meet all eligibility requirements for a Pawnbroker License in the State of TexasPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 poundsContinuous standing requiredFrequent walking, reaching, bendingOccasional climbingMust pass drug test
