Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Commercial Service HVAC Technician for their Big Flats , NY team. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients. • Competitive base pay of $20.00-25.00 per hour

• Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
• Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
• Accountable for following all company safety procedures
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting base range for this position is $20.00-25.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
