Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary : Starting at $70,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package
- Work Arrangement : Hybrid (specific days in-office and remote)
- Equipment : Provided for remote work
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for employee benefits solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored benefits strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewal options to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the employee benefits division.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
- Licenses/Designations : Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
- Experience : Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Producer, with a strong track record of success.
- Education : Relevant educational background preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
