What You Will Do:
- Accurately weigh poultry products to ensure correct portioning
- Apply labels with the proper weight, price, and product information
- Pack items efficiently for shipping and distribution
- Inspect products to verify quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety protocols
- Work in a refrigerated environment, meeting daily production goals
- Lift heavy loads up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Required Skills:
- Ability to work comfortably in cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Capable of lifting heavy weights safely and standing for long periods
- Proactive approach to cleanliness and procedural compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in food production or packaging
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Familiarity with working in refrigerated settings
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse, production, or related environments a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to operate effectively in a refrigerated, cold environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
