As the Manager of Managed Services Specialists for Voice at Spectrum Business, you’ll empower your team to drive adoption of our innovative Voice portfolio and shape strategies that support the evolving needs of clients. Your leadership will directly influence growth and success across Spectrum Business’s footprint.How You’ll Make an Impact   Lead and mentor the Managed Services Specialist sales team for Voice to surpass monthly revenue targetsRecruit, train and motivate the Voice Specialist team to maximize productivity and product penetrationDevelop and implement sales plans focused on prospecting and expanding market adoption of Spectrum Business’s Voice portfolioCollaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to define effective team selling strategiesSupport Sales teams by showcasing Spectrum Business Voice products to prospective clients and guiding market initiativesRepresent Spectrum Business at industry events, trade shows and field marketing opportunitiesDeliver weekly sales reports and analyses to senior leadership to inform business decisionsMonitor account maintenance and acquisition while conducting regular sales meetings and performance reviewsWorking ConditionsTravel extensively up to 70 percent of the time with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record requiredWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experienceExperience   5+ years selling managed services products with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales performanc ASkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated success by leading teams focused on selling Voice solutionsExperience in developing and managing high-performing teamsStrong presence in face-to-face meetings with C-level executives and business ownersAbility to inspire teams to surpass goalsExpertise in telecommunications and networking technologiesBusiness analysis and reporting skills using Salesforce or similar CRM toolsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and VisioEffective communication skills with all levels of an organizationPreferred QualificationsEducationIndustry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate, Cisco Certified Network Professional, Avaya Certified Solution Specialist, Design Specialist, Avaya Professional Design Specialists, Avaya Professional Sales Specialists or Convergence Technologies ProfessionalExperience2+ years of management or leadership experience#LI-RW1 SEN584 2026-76301 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.The base pay for this position generally is between $95,900.00 and $222,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
