Senior Technical Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries related to Atomic Spectroscopy products Perform remote diagnostics on complex equipment and software systems to resolve technical issues Mentor colleagues and support operational excellence by maintaining accurate service records and participating in training programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or related discipline Five years of experience in a support or analytical laboratory environment with atomic spectroscopy instrumentation Experience with at least two of the following technologies: AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS Proficiency in standard computing tools for documentation and analysis Ability to safely execute technical work and interpret technical documents
