Description Dietary Team Lead – Part-Time Address: 5199 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213, USA Work Hours: 6 AM - 10 AM, Monday to Friday, plus every other weekend required. Pay: $15 to $16.50 per hour based on skills and experience. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Food service experience required. Loves to go out and engage with the residents. Must be able to understand, read & write English. Must pass background check (after Job Offer). Job Summary: Full support of meal services. Ensure tray accuracy and timeliness of meals. Assist Dietary aides. Interview residents for meal preferences. Serve all food to resident’s requests. Set, clear, and clean tables. High level of social interaction with residents is expected. Occasional assistance with cold food preparation under the direction of the chef. Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment. Sweep & mop floors.
