This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a complex healthcare build from preconstruction through final turnover. Responsibilities: Lead all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and client management. Manage project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and design partners to ensure successful execution. Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, change management, and risk mitigation. Maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare stakeholders, and project partners. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and healthcare construction standards. Requirements: 10+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Proven healthcare construction experience, including hospitals, medical centers, or large healthcare campuses. Experience managing projects valued at $100M+. Strong understanding of healthcare construction challenges, including complex MEP systems, phased work, and regulatory requirements.
