This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on understanding the customer journey and creating campaigns that engage customers from their first interaction through years of continued partnership. Responsibilities Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. Design customer journeys that support onboarding, renewal, reactivation, and long-term success. Build personalized, automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement. Create audience segmentation strategies that deliver relevant, timely communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and an exceptional customer experience. Help strengthen the Abeka brand by fostering lasting relationships with homeschooling families. Qualifications Experience developing lifecycle or CRM marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalized communications. A passion for improving the customer experience. Excellent communication and project management skills. A strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution.
