Scheduling Coordinator

Overview Job Title: Specialty Services Scheduler Company: Niktor LLC Department: Human Resources - Specialty Services Duration: 6-Month Contract Reports To: Manager, Service Contracts and Support Administration Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: Up to $21/hr Responsibilities The Specialty Services Scheduler (SSS) manages the Specialty Service Technicians’ calendars to provide an excellent customer experience. Identify service availability with Customers, determine technician availability, and assign schedules accordingly. Interact directly with Customers to address emergency concerns or schedule changes. Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and manage reporting. Prioritize time-sensitive specialty service calls and manage contractual obligations along with one-time service requests. Coordinate and schedule Customers with appropriate technicians; monitor technicians’ schedules and assign appropriate routes. Update systems with correct documentation and maintain data integrity. Make efficient use of technician schedules and time using mapping software. Assist Customers with rescheduling appointments and troubleshooting cost-effective routes. Apply problem-solving skills and adaptability on a daily basis. Qualifications Previous customer service or retail experience is required (minimum 1 year). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience working in multiple systems at one time is preferred. Effective organizational skills; strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and in a team environment. Ability to interpret and analyze data. Proficiency with software platforms: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint navigation, CRM, Google Maps, and internal service databases.
