Job Description
Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday; shifts vary by day: 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00
- Weekday on-call required (~1-2 nights/week); weekend call every 4-6 weekends

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed hours = 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Requirements:
- 3 years of Interventional Radiology experience
- BLS certification
- ARRT (R) certification
- Kansas Radiologic Technologist license (LRT)
- Experience with Epic EMR

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional procedures including angiography, stent placement, and embolizations
- Assist in central venous access and catheter placements
- Ensure sterile technique and preparation of access sites
- Participate in rapid response activities and code situations
- Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 16 hours
- Documentation deadline: required documents due 2 Fridays before start
- Pre-start modules: 10-15 hours; due 1 week prior to start
- Required training on infusion pump and glucometer must be completed by the Sunday prior to start
