Project/Product Management and Acquisition Support (Military Medical Products)

Allied Technologies and Consulting (ATC) is recruiting foraProject/ProductManagementAnalyst with DoD Acquisition experienceto support theCapability Program Executive (CPE) Ground Systems Project Manager Maneuver Medical Systems (PM M2S)program office. Thispositionisbased in Frederick, MD,and will require up to 5 days on-site at either ATC’s Frederick office or at Fort Detrick. Approvalforworking at home arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Theexperienced,professional, and dynamicProject/ProductManagement Analystwillassistwith a variety of products and programs andperform the following duties: Work with Project/ProductManagers, Logistics Managers, other Engineers,and End-Usersto provideLife Cycle supportfor multiple medical and non-medical products,programs, andsystems. Coordinate with a large network of matrixed organizations within theDoW, US Army, and other Federal agencies to ensure effective, efficient, andtimelycompletion of the medical product developmentand fieldingmission. Apply life cyclelogisticsmanagement conceptsandmethodologyto assigned projects anddemonstratea thorough working knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS),DoWrequirements determination, program planning, budget and execution, wholesale supply system, cataloging, and contract administration/procurement. Provide project management directly to the projectmanagercoordinating andconsolidatingall acquisition activities in theproject portfolio/acquisition dashboard. Track Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Working Group (WG) meetings to include scheduling meetings; coordinating with participants; preparing agendas, related documentation, and meeting minutes; and tracking action items. Coordinate and disperse Taskers toappropriate teammembers. Validating information and compiling responses to ensure full response has been gathered for review and submission approval of management. Assistin Project Management Office (PMO)-related fiscal management by performing budget analysis and contract supportin regards todeliverables and periods of performance. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology and industry developments. Support theDoWAcquisition Lifecycle and document preparation;maintaingeneral understanding of DoD 5000 acquisition guidelines and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory processes. Prepare acquisition documentationIAW applicable DoD 5000 series regulations to ensure successful decision reviews, such as Business Case Analysis (BCA), Strategy Plans, Integrated Program Summaries, Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSPs), and acquisition milestone documentation. Prepare and review briefings, summaries, information papers, technical reports, acquisition documentation, and other correspondence. Manage and tracknumerous, diverse, simultaneous efforts andhave the ability toeffectively prioritize requirements for multiple on-going projects in support ofprojectteam.

EDUCATION,SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degreein atechnical/scientific/medical/businessfieldor combination of related experienceand education At least 5 years of relatedproject managementexperience and 10 years of working experience Knowledge of military/Armyacquisition/procurement/fielding (preferably withmedical devices/systemsor Army Soldier Support programs) Experience withDoW5000 Acquisition Process/Phases including acquisition documentation Excellent communications, writing, organizational and project management skills Sharepointand MS Project experience desired Experience, knowledge and the ability to execute using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook At least 2-3 years’ experience in Federal contracting, government or military environment is preferred Travel up to10% of the timemay berequired Public Trust T1-NACI Clearance Required US CitizenRequired Must be able to pass background testing
