Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.Job DescriptionPosition Purpose:Responsible for sampling and unloading of inbound bulk/liquid tankers/rail cars and routing of hazardous waste to appropriate destination in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies to insure that end product meets the specifications for disposal in an efficient and effective manner.Primary Duties/Responsibilities:Sample all inbound and outbound tankers and send samples to the laboratory for analysisUtilize and complete tank logs/boards and tracking sheetsTransfers hazardous material tank to tank, tank truck, tank to railcar, and truck to railcar.Maintain and clean filters on an as needed basis when offloading hazardous waste.Perform general housekeeping duties.
