JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responsible for boxing, labeling and palletizing prior to shipment via commercial truck or UPS.
• Operate staplers, saw, nail gun.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of all boxes and supplies needed for specialized shipments.
• Operate assorted forklift models as needed in order to move products, parts, equipment, materials, etc. in a safe fashion.
• Responsible for moving loads of material safely from one process to another.
• Maintain equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions prior to end of shift.
• Responsible for keeping up with daily production flow and needs while maintaining high standard results.
• Train and assist personnel as needed.
• Work safely to maintain daily production quotas with a very high standard of product quality.
• Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed but not specified in this description.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITES:

• Ability to follow instructions and continued training throughout employment with a desire for self-improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers.
• A willingness to work any shift on any day including overtime scheduled or in an emergency.
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions that are hot, cold, dirty, and fast-paced.
• Trustworthy with ability to work with little or no supervision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.

TRAINING REQUIRED:


Training will be ongoing throughout employment based on duties as assigned.
