About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Strategy and AI Innovation to spearhead the definition and execution of the company's product, market, and innovation strategy. This executive will be responsible for leading the transformation to a product-led, AI-enabled operating model, with a focus on commercial construction and field service management solutions. The role involves establishing a strategic vision for the next generation of software products, including the development of an AI-first, agentic ERP platform. The successful candidate will be accountable for product investments that drive customer value, competitive differentiation, and long-term market leadership. Key responsibilities include developing a multi-year product strategy, leading AI transformation, and ensuring that product decisions are aligned with corporate objectives. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or equivalent executive business education strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in software, SaaS, ERP, or technology businesses is required, with a proven track record in product strategy and business transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software economics, recurring revenue models, and enterprise software markets, and experience with AI-enabled products and emerging software platforms. Leadership competencies in strategic thinking, business acumen, market insight, and innovation are essential. The role demands a leader who is a business strategist first, a product leader second, and a technology innovator third, with the ability to connect market opportunities, customer outcomes, financial performance, and technology investments into a unified product strategy.
