St. Louis CDJR is looking for seasoned automotive sales professionals who know how to build relationships, close deals, and move volume.
RETROACTIVE PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY PLAN
- Vehicles 1-10 Sold: $500 per vehicle
- Vehicles 11-15 Sold: $600 per vehicle retroactive to vehicle #1
- Vehicles 16-19 Sold: $700 per vehicle retroactive to vehicle #1
- Vehicles 20+ Sold: $800 per vehicle retroactive to vehicle #1
- No Commission Cap Once you hit the next tier, every vehicle sold that month pays at the higher rate - starting back at car #1.
REAL MONTHLY EARNING POTENTIAL
- 10 Deliveries = $5,000
- 15 Deliveries = $9,000
- 20 Deliveries = $16,000
- 25 Deliveries = $20,000
