Operations Logistics Manager Coordinator

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Logistics Account Manager to own customer relationships and manage the coordination of freight from port to warehouse. This is a high-communication, fast‑paced role where you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong service. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure every load is handled efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and communicate with assigned customer accounts. Coordinate drayage shipments from port to warehouse. Schedule pickups, deliveries, and warehouse appointments. Enter and manage loads in TMS. Provide updates and maintain proactive communication with customers. Work with dispatch and operations to ensure successful execution. Handle issues, delays, and customer concerns professionally. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Requirements Experience in logistics, freight, or drayage (REQUIRED). Strong understanding of shipping coordination and scheduling. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities at once.
