PRIDESTAFF is currently seeking a professional and dependable CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE for a medical supply distributor located in the New Lenox, IL area. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

1st shift: 8:30am-4:30pm M-F
Pay: $21-23 (DOE)

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and orders in a timely manner.
• Order entry and data entry.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
• communication.
• Learn to identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product.
• Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure customer
• satisfaction. Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer issues.
• Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer customer questions.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Able to reset/adjust priorities as the business demands.
• Managing day-to-day tasks while carrying projects to successful completion.
• Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-
• ups in a timely manner.
• Work independently in a deadline driven environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Enthusiastic and proactive team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the basic features of all Microsoft Office and Outlook products.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and deliver on expectations.
