We are seeking a Locum Tenens Adult Psychiatrist to provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services in Queens Village, NY. This assignment is for an Adult Psychiatry position within an inpatient setting.

Malpractice Covered

• Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting
• Evaluate and manage adult psychiatric patients
• Provide ongoing inpatient psychiatric treatment as required
• Participate as part of the psychiatric treatment team
• Complete necessary clinical documentation and patient care responsibilities

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
• Board Certification must be through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
• Board-Eligible candidates generally do not meet contract requirements
• Must be actively enrolled in both:
  • New York State Medicaid
  • Medicare
• Medicaid and Medicare enrollment must remain current throughout the assignment

• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• No weekend coverage required
