Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Join a skilled maintenance team as a Maintenance Mechanic supporting the safe and efficient operation of a continuous manufacturing environment. This role includes performing preventive and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment such as conveyors, rollers, and material‑handling systems. You will gain hands‑on mechanical experience, with opportunities for exposure to electrical troubleshooting where applicable. The position also supports equipment breakdown response, system rebuilds, and maintenance activities during installation or modification of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, including greasing and servicing bearings, conveyors, rollers, and other mechanical components.
• Carry out reactive maintenance to quickly diagnose and repair equipment issues that impact production.
• Support line breakdowns and tear-downs as part of ongoing projects, including the removal and replacement of production lines.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems such as motors, engines, hydraulic systems, and conveyors.

This is a Permanent position based out of Carlisle, PA.

The pay range for this position is $61256.00 - $72571.00/yr.
