Assistant Commercial Property Manager Hokanson Companies, Inc. – Evansville, IN Hokanson Companies is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to help support day‑to‑day operations of commercial properties in southern Indiana and Illinois. This role is a great fit for someone with administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer service experience, or a recent graduate looking to start a career in property management. Responsibilities Answer emails and calls from clients, tenants, and vendors Schedule maintenance and coordinate contractors Track work orders and follow up on service requests Assist with inspections and property‑related tasks Help process invoices and maintain records Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks Requirements 1–3 years of admin, office, or customer service experience (or recent graduate) Organized and detail‑oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Reliable transportation for regional travel Preferred (not required) Experience in property management, real estate, or facilities Benefits Competitive pay + benefits Training provided Growth opportunities 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
