Required Qualifications 6+ years (in handling the responsibilities specified above) hands‑on software engineering experience in enterprise environments. Overall 10+ years is preferred, but not mandatory. Proven track record executing architecture‑driven integration transformations, not just feature development. Deep experience with integration patterns and technologies, including: RESTful APIs SOAP and XQuery‑based APIs File‑based integrations (SFTP, batch processing) Strong development experience with .NET (Core / modern .NET) and related enterprise frameworks. Solid understanding of processing flows and transactional system behavior. Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and error‑handling frameworks in distributed systems. Comfortable working independently and owning delivery end‑to‑end. Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Experience with cloud or hybrid architectures (Strongly preferred). Prior work on Loan IQ. Experience modernizing Windows‑scheduled or batch‑based jobs into more observable and resilient architectures. Experience building common integration services (email, file access, security, configuration). Background in financial services or banking technology, including audit and regulatory awareness. Operates with minimal supervision, taking ownership of complex technical deliverables. Expected to drive execution, not just contribute code.
