Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction QualificationsQualifications: Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields Language: ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Education: Master of Business Administration in strongly preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial management Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non‑negotiable for this role SalesExperience: A competencyin ethicallyselling products/services and developing a sales team is required.
