• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (and at times, commercial units) for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Clean and adjust equipment, including handlers, ducts, registers, vents, and condensate systems.
• Provide clear explanations and consultative recommendations tailored to each customer.
• Maintain accurate records, uphold safety standards, and keep the workspace neat.
• Contribute to team success by assisting with other related tasks as needed.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience; residential focus preferred
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to high-caliber workmanship and a positive attitude
• Customer-service mindset with professional communication skills
• Team-first, flexible, and innovative in fast-changing situations

• Regularly lift 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Climb ladders; enter attics and crawlspaces; work in tight areas; drive between calls
• Engage in pushing, pulling, carrying, and detailed hand-tool work
• Stand, walk, sit; speak and hear in person and by phone
• Use hands and arms for handling, feeling, and reaching
• Frequently stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch
• Work in extreme temperatures and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow)
