What You’ll Do Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes Requirements Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted) Pediatric experience preferred Skills with G‑tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus Check ACHA As required by House Bill 531 (2025).
