Managing Attorney – Creditors’ Rights & ForeclosureAre you a highly experienced creditors’ rights attorney who would be energized to open and grow a new office with the support of a leading national firm?Latitude is seeking a Managing Attorney with significant creditors’ rights and foreclosure experience for a permanent position with one of the nation’s largest full-service creditors’ rights and real estate law firms.The firm is actively expanding into new markets and is seeking entrepreneurial attorneys interested in helping launch and grow the firm’s presence. This is a unique opportunity for a highly experienced creditors’ rights attorney who would be eager to open a new office with the infrastructure of a national firm and without the need for a book of business.This role may be performed on a hybrid/remote basis in MinnesotaRequirements for the Managing Attorney:8+ years of creditors’ rights experienceDeep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements within the Minnesota marketWorking knowledge of Minnesota and federal consumer protection statutesStrong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation and bankruptcyProven people management and leadership skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseload and fast-paced practiceEntrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a local officeExceptional written and oral advocacy skillsStrong leadership, client relationship management, and problem-solving abilitiesJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolPosition Details of the Managing Attorney:Type of Role: PermanentSchedule: Full-timeLocation: Minnesota (Remote/Hybrid)Responsibilities of the Managing Attorney:Assist in managing and growing the firm’s foreclosure and litigation operationsHandle and oversee a high-volume creditors’ rights and foreclosure caseloadSupervise paralegals and support staff while ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standardsDevelop case strategies and monitor files through resolutionServe as a key point of contact for institutional and national clientsSupport the expansion and long-term development of the Minnesota specific practiceCollaborate with firm leadership and operational teams across multiple jurisdictionsCompensationPay: The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 with the opportunity to share in the success of a growing practice.
