About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Americas Services Sales team, a dynamic group of 16 dedicated professionals working collaboratively to support all business operations throughout the Americas. Our team is strategically aligned with the field sales structure, ensuring we effectively cover regions and sub-regions to provide exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and team-oriented culture, where every member is valued, and collaboration is key to our success.

You will report to the Director of Professional Services, who fosters an inclusive and empowering work environment. The work setup for this position is flexible, as we operate on a fully remote basis, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. While you will primarily work from home, it's important to note that this role may require you to come into the office occasionally, depending on team needs. There is also a travel requirement of about 20%, providing opportunities to engage with clients and colleagues across different locations.

Your Role

  • Drive revenue growth by owning and surpassing the Nutanix Professional Services quota across enterprise and commercial accounts.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of tailored service offerings aligned with Nutanix's cloud portfolio and customer needs.

  • Lead complex deal structures and orchestrate multi-stakeholder collaborations to shape and close strategic service engagements.

  • Engage with C-suite executives to communicate value propositions, ROI, and hybrid cloud transformation roadmaps.

  • Collaborate closely with internal product, sales, and delivery teams to synchronize service offerings with product sales strategies.

  • Align and partner with external service delivery partners to enhance co-sell opportunities and ensure seamless execution of hybrid/cloud solutions.

  • Ensure successful post-sales handoff, monitor project health, and drive customer satisfaction to identify expansion opportunities.

  • Achieve key performance indicators within the first year, including quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and partner co-sell success.

**What You Will Bring** + 7–10+ years of experience in **enterprise services sales** or complex solution selling. + Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in **hybrid cloud and infrastructure domains.** + Strong knowledge of **cloud/hybrid cloud technologies, virtualization, Kubernetes, and AI infrastructure.** + Exceptional **executive-level communication and consultative selling skills.** + Experience in structuring multi-workload service packages and navigating complex deal governance. + Familiarity with **Nutanix solutions (NCP, NC2, NDB, NKP, NCM, etc.)** is preferred. + Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaborative sales strategies. + Strong analytical skills for business outcome modeling and TCO/ROI analysis. **Work Arrangement** Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 195,600 and USD $ 326,000 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
