Project Manager

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Sales Project Manager to oversee customer quotations and coordinate the successful transition of new business into production. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects move efficiently from quote through manufacturing while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage the quote and pricing process for new and existing business opportunities. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, operations, engineering, and leadership teams. Coordinate project timelines, production schedules, material requirements, customer visits, and product trials. Gather customer specifications and collaborate with purchasing and production teams to support project execution. Maintain pricing, quote history, and customer records. Drive projects from initial inquiry through production launch while ensuring customer expectations are met. Support continuous communication across internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong project management and customer-facing experience. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
