Duties: - Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation - Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meal preparation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - be versatile enough to not only prepare dishes, but clean dishes as well. Adhere to all food handling and preparation guidelines.
Experience: - Previous experience as a grill or saute cook or a similar culinary role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Meal preparation - Food safety - Dietary aide - Cook - Food handling - Food preparation - Culinary - Kitchen - Knife skills (basic knowledge of knife handling) - If you are passionate about cooking, have experience in the culinary field, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
