Utility Manager – Morrison Healthcare, Charlotte, NC Job Summary Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Utility Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC . This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing utility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment that supports exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Lead and develop the utility team. Oversee dish room, sanitation, waste removal, and cleaning operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards. Manage staffing, productivity, and daily operations. Partner with culinary and patient dining leaders to support hospital operations. Qualifications Leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, environmental services, or healthcare. Strong communication, organization, and team development skills. Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards. Healthcare experience preferred. Ability to work rotating weekends.
