Forklift Operator

First Shift | Climate-Controlled Warehouse | Steady Work

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and organizing inventory while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

You’ll play a key role in keeping products flowing smoothly from receiving through shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials
• Receive incoming shipments and verify SKU numbers, quantities, and quality
• Stock and organize inventory in bulk locations
• Consolidate products with matching SKUs for efficiency and space optimization
• Replenish pick zones and support order fulfillment
• Pick and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners
• Stage and stack pallets for outgoing loads
• Work closely with inventory control teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of forklift experience
• Experience with:
  • Forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
  • Shipping & receiving
  • Order picking and inventory control
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
• Team player with a strong work ethic and safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Prior certification or experience operating powered industrial vehicles (PIV)
• Comfortable working at heights (multi-level racking systems)
• Order selector experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Surprise, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
