My background includes leadership, consulting, and claims, which gives our team a well-rounded understanding of how to properly protect families and support them when they need us most. We help customers across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon personalize their auto, home, and life insurance coverage while making sure they understand their options and receive every available discount.

I grew up in South Carolina and earned my BS in Business Management from the University of South Carolina before relocating to the Seattle area in 2007. Outside the office, I enjoy landscaping, DIY projects, studying aviation, and spending time with my family. Serving others is important to me — I’m actively involved in my church and passionate about giving back, including supporting families impacted by flooding in our area.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joel Hensel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
