Manager - Industrial Gas, South Projects

Run all functions of a Project Engineering team, including day-to-day management of Project Engineers and Construction Managers Ensure all parts of the project process are followed from initiation through project closeout Serve as main point of contact between operational facilities, business area partners, maintenance, and the project engineering team Lead workload of up to 7 Project Engineers, including direct and contingent worker personnel Supervise and forecast maintenance-led capital projects Manage regional staffing levels and engineering resources Participate in turnaround planning and ensure staffing for capital projects Mentor Project Engineers Review funding requests and project estimates before approval Ensure operability and hazard reviews are completed and recommendations addressed Ensure process safety compliance on projects Coordinate regional contractor development with procurement Coordinate contingent worker strategy through
