Dental Territory Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)
We are seeking a motivated Dental Territory Sales Representative to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) in the Boston, MA market. This is an excellent opportunity for dental professionals looking to transition into sales and grow within the dental industry.
Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH), Dental Assistants (DA), and Treatment Coordinators with clinical dental experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
As a Dental Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to dental offices, hygiene programs, dental schools, and universities throughout Massachusetts. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your schedule and workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and institutions
- Promote and sell products within your assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Compensation & benefits:
- 100% commission-based structure (earn a percentage on every deal closed)
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
- All business-related expenses are fully covered by the company (no out-of-pocket costs)
Travel requirements:
- Must be willing and able to travel throughout the entire state of Massachusetts
