You start your day at our shop reviewing the plan, pre-measuring the site needs, and loading your company vehicle with confirmed materials and equipment. On-site, you install with precision—following both manufacturer specifications and company standards. You lay out and design ductwork for comfort and efficiency, run low- and high-voltage wiring, braze copper lines with clean, leak-free connections, and connect gas lines safely. Throughout the day, you document your work, take accurate equipment readings, and support your teammates so the project wraps on time and to spec. You finish by tidying the workspace and keeping your vehicle clean and professional for tomorrow’s assignment.

• Install HVAC systems per company policies and manufacturer requirements.
• Replace or set new equipment, including ductwork, attic and/or vertical split systems (gas or heat pump), and rooftop package units.
• Lay out and design duct systems for optimal comfort and energy savings.
• Complete low- and high-voltage wiring for heating and cooling equipment.
• Braze and solder copper refrigerant lines for A/C units.
• Install flex and sheet metal ducting in residential and light commercial environments.
• Safely connect gas lines to heating equipment.
• Pre-measure jobs to confirm the right materials and equipment.
• Receive, verify, and load materials and equipment into a company vehicle.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork on time.
• Capture equipment readings and interpret results correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and safely perform physical job duties.
• Proficiency with heat pumps, air handlers, 120V/240V electrical, and ductwork installation.
• Insulation experience preferred (not required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid understanding of HVAC systems.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Valid California Driver’s License pursuant to company policy.
