What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Respond effectively to urgent patient needs and perform life-saving interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatments.
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
Support patient education on treatments, procedures, and post-discharge care.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills with diverse patient populations.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized care environment.

What You Need

Required:

Valid Louisiana RN license
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS certifications
PALS certification (preferred but not required)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work night shifts

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments
