Services Provided Across Arizona

Advanced Therapy Solutions is seeking skilled and motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our interdisciplinary team on a PRN basis. This position offers the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, providing high-quality care that improves mobility, reduces pain, and enhances overall function and independence.

PRN Pay: Up to $65 per hour, based on experience

PRN coverage is currently needed in the following Arizona locations:

Arizona City, Casa Grande, Chandler, Coolidge, Eleven Mile, Eloy, Florence, Gilbert, Litchfield Park, Maricopa, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Tempe, Tucson, and Waddell.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care across a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals of all ages and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Implement therapy programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, and prevent further dysfunction

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs

• Assess treatment effectiveness and modify interventions to support optimal outcomes

• Evaluate patient environments, including homes, daycare settings, and community locations, and recommend modifications that promote functional independence

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs

• Manage caseloads, coordinate scheduling, and maintain accurate billing practices

Specialty and Program Areas

• Assist with custom wheelchair evaluations and fittings in collaboration with occupational therapists

• Assist with custom durable medical equipment (DME) in collaboration with occupational therapists

• Support feeding services , a high-need area, in collaboration with occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists

• Provide community-based services across disciplines

• Deliver telehealth services , as appropriate

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license required

• Pediatric experience preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Ability to work with both pediatric and adult populations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable approach to care
