Join a leading organization in the live events and experiential marketing industry as a Brand Ambassador for a high-profile event in New York City. This freelance role is ideal for polished, energetic professionals who enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences in fast-paced event environments.


Brand Ambassadors will support guests throughout the event, provide directional assistance, help maintain smooth attendee flow, and contribute to seamless activation operations across guest-facing and behind-the-scenes stations.


Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a professional, engaging first impression.
• Support assignments including front desk, café, hotline, exit, queue management, and event-floor coverage.
• Assist with guest flow and queue management during high-traffic periods.
• Provide clear directions, answer general event questions, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Support behind-the-scenes operations, including runner assignments and supply coordination.
• Maintain a composed, positive, and guest-focused presence throughout each shift.
• Follow onsite procedures, team direction, and event standards.


Staffing & Schedule

• Approximately 14-16 Brand Ambassadors will be engaged.
• Estimated commitment: approximately 12 event days.
• Assignments may vary based on event needs and onsite operations.


Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, promotions, or brand representation is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive approach to guest service.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Comfort working collaboratively as part of an onsite event team.
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and able to follow detailed direction.


Dress Code


Black pants, black leather shoes (no sneakers), and a white button-down Oxford shirt are required.
