Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician – Urbandale, IA Monday‑Friday day shift schedule. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Repair work: diagnose and fix commercial cleaning equipment. Documentation: complete service reports and time sheets. Training and certification: stay updated with necessary training and certifications. Inventory management: keep track of parts inventory in the company vehicle for repairs. Communication: update and communicate promptly to all. Customer interaction: act as the main contact for customers. Safety: follow safety protocols, including proper equipment use and vehicle maintenance. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. Ability to use a variety of basic electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
