Center Clinical Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient -St. Louis, MO
COMPENSATION: $360k and Partnership
We are a unique physician-led culture that provides coordinated, world-class primary care to the most vulnerable population, moderate to low-income seniors with complex chronic diseases. Our approach enables us to drive key quality and cost outcomes that create value for patients, physicians, and the overall health system. We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.Role:
- Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
- Work/Life Balance
- Small Patient Panel - 60-90 patients' max
- Manage PCP's and NP's
- Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
