Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Support customer follow-ups and relationship development. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Good organizational and time management skills.
