Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a strong footprint in Northeast Ohio, operating in a fast-paced production environment. They are investing in equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance, and reliability engineering to support long-term growth.

Job Description

Lead all maintenance and reliability functions across the plant. Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Reduce downtime and improve equipment performance (OEE). Manage maintenance team, scheduling, and training. Partner with operations to support production goals. Oversee CMMS utilization and maintenance data tracking. Support capital projects and equipment upgrades. Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in maintenance/reliability within manufacturing
Leadership experience managing maintenance teams
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Experience with CMMS systems
Lean / CI mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Reliability engineering experience
Food, metals, or high-speed manufacturing background.
