Job Description Support injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and internal staff by coordinating workers' compensation cases. Register patients, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate claim documentation. Provide exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of calls and ensuring timely claims follow-up. Job Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist injured workers, employers, adjusters, and internal staff with workers' compensation-related inquiries Register and intake new patients while creating and maintaining workers' compensation cases Ensure all required claim information is entered accurately into the appropriate systems Follow up with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, employers, and claims adjusters to obtain claim details, authorizations, and payment information Maintain accurate patient and claim documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Epic (preferred) to support daily operations Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards Work Location Onsite Los Angeles, CA 90034 Parking Information Staff garage parking available with employee badge Schedule MondayFriday Day Shift Interview Process Initial virtual screening/phone interview with the hiring manager(s) Final onsite panel interview with key team members Final selection based on experience, communication skills, and ability to support a fast-paced healthcare environment Dress Code Business casual attire appropriate for a healthcare setting Closed-toe shoes required No jeans, graphic T-shirts, or overly casual attire Industry Healthcare
